The S-Turn Program

It is not all lectures; it focuses on practices such as Udaya Dhyāna, Bhūta Śuddhi, Nyāsa, multiple forms of Prāṇāyāma, and more. These are supported by independent scientific studies for:

⬇️  Decreasing levels of cortisol
⬆️  Increasing levels of serotonin
⬆️  Increasing levels of melatonin
⬆️  Increasing counts of white blood cells

All of these collectively imply a reduction in stress and trauma, and enhancement in willpower, discipline, emotional stability, sleep quality, joy, intellect, creativity, and productivity.

Scientific Backing

Participants from previous S-Turn batches completed weekly self-reflection assessments throughout the program. These tracked changes in anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, and OCD tendencies over time. While results may vary from person to person, participants consistently reported better emotional balance, clearer thinking, and overall improvements in mental well-being by the end of the program. Significant improvements were observed across all areas:

What Participants Experienced

Geetanjali Joshi Psychologist, India

S-turn helped me become disciplined and establish a proper routine. One of its practices helped me get rid of rumination and, for the first time, experience peace and happiness within, without depending on external things. I understood that happiness is within me and that I am the creator of every emotion I feel.

Priyanka Student, India

3-4 months I was on psychiatric medication. And when I used to stop taking the medicine, my whole body would act weird, like I'd feel strange sensations, and I would cry a lot, like, my body just wouldn't support me. And, I had a lot of pain in my stomach. So it was really problematic. But now, there’s no medicine, only meditation. And with that, all those problems got solved. I used to never be able to stay calm, but now I’ve found that peace just through S-Turn.

Vikas Dabas Engineer, France

There are many who teach sadhana, but no one tells you what is right for you. In S-Turn Gurudev Adi Suyash taught me this meditation, this yoga, this knowledge, and the path to liberation, step by step, answered my questions every week, and brought a change within me.

Jugal Patel Entrepreneur, U.K.

S-turn is about letting go of all identities and wrong knowledge, and staying unwavering in our true nature. The journey is not easy, but for one truly seeking, S-turn is a direct grace from Mahadev. Very well designed, even with a busy schedule. Forever grateful to Mahadev for allowing me to be part of S-turn. Om Namah Shivay 🔱🙏🏻

Nitin Engineer, India

My asthma got cured. I had been taking medication every single day since childhood. If I missed it, my breathing problems would come right back. Then I joined S-turn and started religiously following all the practices, especially the breathing practices. And today I have no asthma and I take zero medication. Everything changed because of S-turn.

Amrita Student, Italy

Before S-turn, I wasn't aware how much I needed this. Calling it just meditation is so limiting. It was a significant turning point in my life. After moving to Italy, I was scared to live alone, but S-turn gave me the courage... He is always available to answer our doubts & guide us. It made me better emotionally, physically & mentally. Also, I fell in love with Shiva hehe 🙂

Dr. Shivali Aggarwal Professor (D.Litt. holder), India

S-turn is transformative, it opens new dimensions of consciousness, helping us understand our true purpose in life. S-turn has taught me how spiritual, mental, physical, and harmonious growth can be achieved, giving me a glimpse of consciousness beyond individual identity. I truly believe that connecting with S-turn is the result of accumulated good karma. My heartfelt gratitude to Gurudev for creating such a profound and life-enriching program. 🙏

Frequently Asked Question

The S-Turn Program is a long-term guided spiritual training focused on inner transformation through tantric and yogic practices. It is designed to prepare seekers mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually through structured sādhana, study, and discipline.

There will be live group chat sessions, but not video conferences, as they are generally ineffective for this type of program.

There are two main reasons for this:

  1. Participants join from different countries and time zones, so live video sessions may not be convenient or fair for everyone.
  2. Large video calls with many participants often become chaotic and make it difficult to properly answer questions.

For this reason, the longer teaching sessions are provided as pre-recorded videos that you can watch at your own pace. The sādhana practices are also given through guided audio instructions for better accessibility and convenience.

The live portions of the program mainly include group chat sessions and the initiation process.

Yes. The answers and insights shared by Adi Suyash during the live group chat sessions can be read at any time later, and all video sessions can also be rewatched whenever convenient.

You can ask your questions either in the group chats or through the dedicated email support.

Yes, Adi Suyash personally answers queries there whenever available.

The guided instructions for the practices are provided through downloadable audio files, allowing you to practice at any convenient time during the day. Live practice sessions are not practical for everyone, as participants join from different time zones around the world.

No. However, we recommend choosing a suitable time within your daily 24-hour schedule and practicing consistently at that same time each day to maintain discipline and regularity.

Samaya Dīkṣā is initially offered online due to practical and logistical reasons, as participants join from different parts of the world and may find it difficult to travel to one location. This can be due to safety concerns, visa limitations, ongoing conflicts, financial constraints, or other personal circumstances.

To make the process accessible to sincere seekers everywhere, an online facility is provided. However, it is recommended that the Dīkṣā eventually be received in person within 5 years of completing the program. Necessary arrangements for this are made accordingly.

According to the Tantras and Yogic traditions, Dīkṣā can be transmitted in different ways, often symbolically compared to how different creatures guide and nourish their young.

Birds nurture through physical closeness and contact. Fish guide their young through sight alone. Turtles, though physically distant, still guide their hatchlings mentally toward the sea. In the same way, the scriptures acknowledge that Dīkṣā does not always require physical presence and that a spiritual connection can also be established across distance.

For this reason, specific preparatory practices are taught to make the seeker more receptive to the process, even from afar. Grace is not limited by time or space.

At the same time, it is still recommended that seekers receive the Dīkṣā in person within 5 years of completing the program. Necessary arrangements for this are made accordingly.

In many cases, yes. However, the program is not a replacement for medical treatment or professional healthcare. If you have serious physical or psychological conditions, it is recommended to continue consulting your healthcare professional while practicing gently and responsibly. Please also contact us through the provided email (team.adisuyash@gmaill.com) before joining, clearly mentioning your health condition so that proper guidance can be given.

The program includes 10 in-depth teaching sessions that explain the theory and foundations behind the practices. Each session is approximately 1–3 hours long. During the initial phase, you will need to watch one session per day for the first three sessions. The remaining sessions are spread out over the course of several months.

Whenever a longer session is scheduled, you will be informed beforehand so that you can set aside some time within the next 24 hours to watch it at your convenience.

In addition, a 1-hour live group chat session is conducted every Saturday, though participation is completely optional.

As for the practices themselves, they begin with a commitment of around 16 minutes per day. Over time, the duration gradually increases, and the final form of the practice may require approximately 1–2 hours daily.

The program carries a fee because providing and maintaining such a facility requires significant time, effort, and financial resources. This includes recording and editing teachings, creating and maintaining the website for easy access, paying for hosting and domains, outreach and marketing, conducting the program over several months, and personally answering questions and guiding participants throughout the journey.

Whatever remains after these expenses is directed toward the larger vision of reviving lost Tantric and Yogic wisdom, building centers of learning, supporting non-profit welfare initiatives, preserving traditional knowledge systems, and establishing future projects dedicated to Dharma and spiritual education. Such large-scale efforts require sustainable financial support; they cannot survive on begging or someone’s day job.

Furthermore, within the Yogic and Tantric traditions themselves, it has long been emphasized that spiritual knowledge should not be received without exchange. The concept of dakṣiṇā has always held an important place, both as a gesture of commitment and as a way of honoring the transmission. This is also connected to the principle of aparigraha, avoiding the taking of gifts without rightful exchange.

A well-known Sanskrit saying reflects this traditional understanding:

“Knowledge is attained through service to the teacher, through offering wealth, or through knowledge itself; there is no fourth way.”

Thus, the fee is not merely transactional, but also part of a long-standing spiritual tradition of sustaining both the teaching and the lineage.

No. Such a facility is not available at the moment.

Yes, but very limited. Adi Suyash writes about it:

“In the previous S-Turn program, I allowed more than half of the participants (around 70%) to join either for free or with a very small contribution. However, the result was not very positive. I had hoped that those who joined for free would practice with even greater sincerity and gratitude, but most of them quickly lost interest and did not complete the program. I am not speaking about everyone, but this was true for the majority. Only a few remained truly dedicated until the end. Because of this, the option still exists, but in a very limited way. Only a small number of people will be given this opportunity.

Let me share one incident from the previous S-Turn batch. On the very first day, a person whom I had allowed to join for free entered the group and started privately messaging other participants, asking them to send him money while pretending to be an “admin.” He had also created two or three fake accounts to gain free access himself. Strict care will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. That is why I will accept only a limited number of requests.

But remember, honesty is essential here. If you rely on lies or try to deceive, whether yourself or me, these practices will become ineffective and may even have negative effects. It is better not to join than to enter through dishonesty. Truthfulness and non-greed are foundational principles of the Yamas and Niyamas.”

The program, and the spiritual journey in general, is uniquely yours. It requires concentration while watching, along with silence and privacy. It is not like a movie that you can watch together while discussing midway or observing each other’s reactions.

Also, the main part of S-Turn is the personalised guidance by Adi Suyash, which you will feel beyond the physical plane. For that, you need to register yourself. If someone who is unregistered attends the program, they can only watch the recorded lectures. They will not experience the live transformation and guidance.

That said, you are welcome to join the same batch separately with your family and friends. That way, you can share your experiences with each other throughout the journey. But the sessions and practices should still be attended in privacy and silence.

Next Batch Will Begin on 10 October 2026

We recommend registering as soon as possible, as the registration window may close at any time, even tomorrow, once all seats are filled. Once closed, registration may not reopen until next year, as we do not accept enrollments in the middle of a batch.
